German silver jewellery boxes, picture frames, trays and home accessories made using hand-tooling and stamp work techniques drawn from Navajo silversmithing traditions of the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. German silver is an alloy of copper, nickel and zinc rather than sterling silver, worked by hand without industrial presses or stamps. The pieces in this collection are set with natural turquoise, onyx and coral, with geometric and Southwestern motifs stamped across the surface. Frames feature stone arrowhead corner details. Each piece is made individually by hand in the United States. The range covers jewellery and keepsake boxes in several sizes, picture frames, and flat trays, all finished by hand.
